Our build team are the reason each food hall opens with the signature atmosphere our guests recognise. They are the first on site, the last to leave, and the steady force that keeps every project moving forward. 

With every new opening, they raise the bar again. Their pace isn’t slowing, their standards aren’t shifting, and their impact is visible in every corner of every site. 

On every project, they deliver. And as we continue to expand, innovate, and build the next generation of our food halls, their expertise will continue to shape the spaces where people gather, celebrate, ad make memories.

Led by our Commercial Director, Matthew Spriggs, this team includes Project Managers, Site Managers, joiners, electricians, fitters and – with the support of a few subcontractors – they lead our sites from initial design through to sign off and hand-over (and of course the obligatory snagging on complex builds of this nature).
